We had a group critique at the end of Block 1 with invited guest Heather Nameth Bren. It was great to have a new perspective, and she led everyone in a feisty critique that had students talking for days. Heather is a professor of ceramics at the University of Northwestern in St. Paul. She also is helping MN NICE this year by meeting with students individually to discuss their studio work.
Heather Nameth Bren was amazing. Her critiques were work altering! She was direct and questioned us. This was an irreplaceable gift! Thank you Heather!
